Carolina Mountain Doors offer a wide selection of wood door options designed to compliment your home.
Frame: Kiln-dried 1x4 Pine or Poplar
Facing:
Stain grade options:
- # 2 (knotty) Cedar
- #1 Clear Western Red Cedar
- Douglas Fir
- Sassafras
- Mahogany Plywood
- Mahogany
- A variety of Longwood Antique Woods by request
Paint grade options:
Overlay: 1/4” Plywood
Core: 3/4” EPS Polystyrene Insulation (R-4) or Blue Board Styrofoam (R-4).
Arched Top: Standard designs and custom Arched Top from template.
Designs: Choose from ten door and twenty window designs or apply your custom design with drawing.
Section Height: The maximum section height is 36” - Section height is dependant on door height and number of sections chosen. Doors up to 8’ can have 3 or 4 sections. Above 8’ may have 4+ sections, depending on the design.

Windows
Windows can be built into any of our Custom Wood Doors. We offer a variety of options, one of which is sure to match the style of your home. Windows are constructed of 1/8” individual panes, sealed in place. Speciality glass is available by request.
